Founded in 2013, Living Local is focused on providing the resources local businesses need to thrive, and in turn contribute back to their communities. Emphasizing networking strategies through various social media, Living Local sought to engage businesses within the community through special events planning and web directory listings. Our mission, To "Eat. Shop. Live", encouraged us to expand our efforts to serve as a catalyst for economic development, reinforcing local pride, and the economic commitment we share in our communities.

We are in the process of building a new platform and website for Living Local. We are planning to relaunch in 2021. In the meantime, we would love to hear from you. Once you join our mailing list, we will be sure and let you know what is happening and when we launch our new programs.
Western Massachusetts has a complete food ecosystem all its own - from local farmers bringing fresh foods to market every summer to the restaurants that prepare those foods into the delicious meals we all know and love. And every part of this ecosystem is supported by customers like you! Whenever you choose to dine at a locally owned restaurant or find ingredients for dinner at your favorite farmer’s market, you are often making a choice that is both healthier and cheaper - a combination not easily found at a national chain.
